God Needs Your Prayers

Pastor Ben Diaz

Prayer is essential for every believer—not just your grandma!

God calls all Believers to believe and pray. He has chosen to work in partnership with His family on earth. We are God’s agents to bring heaven to earth through our prayers.

When you realize that the same power that raised Christ Jesus is within you, and you pray in alignment with God's Word, He promises to act on your behalf. Last Sunday (10/13), Pastor Ben explained that when we come into agreement with a spouse, friend, or other believers in prayer, immense power is released in the heavenly realm, and God’s Word guarantees, “we will have what we ask for” (Matt. 18:19).

Pastor Ben also said, “Unbelieving Believers pose no threat to hell, but when “believing Believers” know their authority and pray with that power—watch out—The sky’s the limit.” When we tap into God’s power through prayer and trust that He hears us, we become deadly to the enemy’s plans!

He emphasized that 97% of our interactions with heaven occur in the spiritual realm, while only 3% are physical. Even if we don’t see immediate results, the answer is already on its way the moment we pray in faith (Daniel 10:12).

The enemy will try to undermine you by bringing up your past mistakes and making you feel unworthy to pray. That’s why some Christians think they need someone more “qualified” or “holy” to pray on their behalf. However, our worthiness comes through Jesus. Because of Jesus’ finished work and God’s grace, each of us is fully qualified to boldly approach God’s throne.

We must pray in faith—believing. God isn’t moved by our needs—He’s moved by our faith.

Pastor also provided practical guidance on interceding for others, urging us to “put yourself in their shoes when you pray, imagine how the answer will look when it manifests in their life.” This practice builds up your faith to believe and stand with them.

Every believer’s prayer is essential for the Kingdom of God to manifest on earth. God needs your prayers—we are partners with Him. Click here to watch Pastor Ben’s full message and learn more insights on praying in faith, what it means to pray without ceasing, and how to pray for the lost.

Pray about everything. Get the power-first. Then worry about nothing. (Philippians 4:6)

One of the most profound truths in Scripture is that God reveals Himself to us as Father. Many people know God as Creator. Others know Him as Savior, Provider, Healer, or King. Yet one of Jesus' primary missions on earth was to reveal the Father and invite us into a relationship with Him.

One of the greatest gifts God gives us in every season is the opportunity to know Him more deeply. Pastor Ben reminded us that every new situation we face is an invitation to discover another aspect of God's nature. When challenges arise, we can ask: "Lord, what part of Your nature do I need to come intervene in my life right now?" Scripture reveals more than 200 names and titles for God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. This week we explored four of those names and discovered how they point us to Jesus, how they are fulfilled in Him, and how we are now called to carry His nature into the world around us.

Do you know God personally? It's a question worth slowing down to consider. In a culture where information is abundant, it's possible to know a lot about God without actually knowing Him. We can quote Scriptures, attend church, listen to sermons, and participate in ministry activities, yet still miss the relationship God has always desired.
